Written by Melissa Clark, cookbook author, James Beard award winner and New York Times staff reporter, the recipes look to be a promising way to bring ease and flavor to everyday meals and preparation.
Melissa recently spoke with Sandra Bernhard on Sandyland, Sandras' radio show on the Radio Andy channel on SiriusXM. She spoke about learning to overcome pre-conceived fears of pressure cookers and instead incorporating the benefits of this efficient method of meal preparation. Pressure cookers, multicookers and instant pots were spoken about as a way to easily open the door to more advanced meals everyday.
Bringing simplicity and flavor to the everyday is something we could all use.
Melissa focuses on easy-to-cook menu items like Osso Buco and Coconut Curry Chicken. The recipes and stories are well written and clear.
