This is our mojito recipe and brand recommendations for the Cuban born cocktail:
4 sprigs of mint
2 tbsp of fine sugar
1 1/2 ounces of Bacardí SUPERIOR rum
1 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 dashes of Angostura aromatic bitters
Use a tall highball glass, like a Collins glass. Gently bruise the mint and sugar with the back of a spoon or muddler. Add rum, lime juice and bitters and stir to dissolve the sugar. Fill glass with ice and top off with club soda. Garnish with lime sprig and / or lime wedge. Enjoy.
