All of us here are hoping that you, your family & friends are safe.
We face a time globally that can be terrifying & also unifying. Unifying in the sense that almost every single person on earth is facing pandemic concerns while also shifting, or thinking about shifting, our daily routines and how we interact.
Dining out is no longer simple and some of our favorite shared public spaces and food halls have closed. Many of you may have had to change your eating habits or have learned new recipes at home and made a few more casseroles than normal.
We're also seeing many of our favorite restaurant workers face unemployment. Eating options for the homeless population are also becoming challenged and volunteers are becoming harder to find or staff.
Gay Dining's goal is always to bring you LGBTQ-centric news and reviews about food, restaurants, chefs, cookbooks, etc., but we also want help get the word out on some of the positive things you're doing. Whether setting up a resource for restaurant workers facing unemployment or setting up new ways to feed others, let us know and we'll post about it.
Thank you for being a part of the Gay Dining Community.
